It takes courage to seek help and I commend you for taking that first step towards healing and health. None of us are immune to facing struggles and stress in everyday life. To assist in your healing, various modalities will be utilized in an integrative evidenced based approach. These include: trauma-informed care with a strengths-based focus, cognitive-behavioral therapy, creative arts therapy, visualization, bilateral processing and mindfulness. This approach will help you work through barriers such as stress, grief, loss, confusion, depression, anxiety, shame, guilt, and trauma.
